PC Parts Now Shipping, Returns and Warranty Policy
Shipping is calculated at the checkout screen. Orders for in stock items received before 3pm EST time will ship same day. Express shipping options are available at an extra charge on all orders. Customers can choose to have their orders shipped on their Purolator or FedEx shipping accounts. Select the “Ship on My Account” option in the checkout and provide your account number in the order notes as well as the desired shipping services, i.e. Ground, Air, Express etc. .
Purchases have a 14 day return policy that includes a 20% restocking fee. The returned merchandise must be in a salable condition, complete (unopened) with the original packaging and all instruction materials. Special orders cannot be returned. Prior to returning any item, an RMA number must be obtained from email@example.com via e-mail which then must accompany the returned item.
Some items sold on this website are sold on a "Exchange Basis" and may be subject to a core fee is not properly returned. Items matching this criteria are accompanied with a pre-paid return waybill at no additional charge to the customer. Items are also accompanied by a core return tag to help identify the returnable parts. Core charges vary depending on the item in question.
Refurbished parts are warranted to be in good working condition for 90 days from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All new items come with a no hassle 90 day warranty. PC Parts Now reserves the rights to deny a warranty claim if the defect results from improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification/misuse or improper site preparation
